I am a digital leader and strategist with 15+ years of experience transforming how brands grow online.

I began my career as a front-end developer before moving into leadership roles. This allowed me to not only set the high-level vision for Digital Transformation and Omnichannel Growth but also to deeply understand the technical realities required to deliver it. I have successfully led cross-functional teams, managed P&Ls, and driven revenue growth for some of Canada’s most recognizable brands and financial institutions.

Manager, Digital Marketing

Strategic leader for the digital ecosystem of one of Canada’s largest community credit unions. I oversee the roadmap for Vancity.com, social media, paid acquisition and SEO, while leading a cross-functional team to modernize the member journey and online experience. My focus is on driving digital adoption and advocacy through scalable, engaging digital journeys.

Saje Natural Wellness

Senior Manager, Digital Marketing

Owned the P&L and strategy for North American digital channels. I helped lead the organization’s digital pivot during COVID-19, pivoting to a 100% ecommerce model that sustained business continuity. Successfully launched the company's first CDP (Customer Data Platform) to unlock 1:1 personalization at scale.

Executive leadership of the marketing and ecommerce functions for a high-growth furniture brand. I scaled the team from the ground up, directing Creative, UX, and Performance Marketing to achieve 5x YoY revenue growth and expand market share in the competitive US B2C and B2B sectors.

Led the direct-to-consumer (DTC) business unit, achieving an 80% revenue surge. I managed a complex global re-platforming to Shopify Plus and integrated Salesforce Marketing Cloud with ERP systems to close the loop on customer retention and lifetime value (LTV).

Digital Marketing Manager

Championed the "LDExtras" loyalty program launch and integrated digital marketing across 79+ retail locations and the londondrugs.com ecommerce website. I modernized the legacy ecommerce stack to support omnichannel features like Buy Online Pick-up In-Store (BOPIS), driving tangible foot traffic and incremental online sales.
